Featuring base and variable pay data on core staff and industry-specific positions, the 2016 survey reports on 140 jobs and represents more than 50,000 FTEs. It includes:

Formerly known as the CompAnalysis Greater San Francisco Bay Area Compensation Survey, the new name reflects the significantly expanded scope of the survey to include the entire state of California and the addition of over 150 new industry-specific jobs. CompAnalysis was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2010.

The deadline for data submission has been extended until September 9, 2016.
