Erin joined Four Corners Group — now Gallagher — in 2012, after spending 10 years in the United Kingdom, where she managed senior level search assignments across Europe. After studying at Ryerson University, Erin gained her foundation in recruitment working for a global leader in the staffing industry before transitioning into executive search.
Throughout her 20+ years in recruitment, Erin has worked on key search assignments with many of Europe and North America's leading organizations. In her spare time, Erin serves as a board officer with NextUp Toronto, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing all women in business.
