Ian Zilesnick has 30+ years experience in the Reinsurance market and joined Capsicum Re in August 2018 from Aon’s Global Re Specialty team. He concentrated on non-marine Retrocessional Catastrophe and Risk business working with London, Bermuda, US and Zurich carriers using both traditional and non-traditional (ILS) methods. He started his career at Heath Fielding as an Account manager moving on to Claims broking before joining Alexander Howden which became Aon in 1997.
