James Dominguez joined Capsicum Re’s New York Office reporting in to the Capsicum Re Specialty team. James joins the Cap Re team from Guy Carpenter’s New York office where he worked as a Casualty Treaty broker the past two and a half years. In his time with Guy Carpenter, James worked on Treaty business comprising most coverages lines including Cyber, General Liability, Mutual and Professional Liability, along with serving on both Cyber and Bolt-On specialty practices. Prior to his time at Guy Carpenter, James worked for the Department of Finance and Administration of New Mexico as an Executive Budget Analyst as well as for the Governor’s office as a Policy Analyst. James holds a BBA (Hons) in International Management from the University of New Mexico (UNM), a MBA (Hons) in Finance and Strategic Management and Policy from the University of New Mexico (UNM), a MSF from the University of Notre Dame, and is an Associate of Reinsurance (ARe) designee.
