Johnny Fraser joined Capsicum Re in 2014 after being a property and specialty treaty reinsurance broker for many years before focusing on cyber reinsurance full time 5 years ago. Since then he has helped PCS create their cyber ILW index as a means to facilitate the introduction of insurance linked securities to cyber risk. Together with Ian Newman he built an Energy orientated cyber insurance facility of USD350m limit in 2013 which has since expanded in coverage and occupancy orientation. His day-to-day role is broking cyber reinsurance and retro for UK & US clients.
