Luc Morement

Luc Morement is a highly experienced reinsurance executive with more than 30 years of industry experience across Asia Pacific and global insurance markets. He spent 25 years with Guy Carpenter, where he established the Singapore Facultative business and grew it into a regional operation.

He subsequently served as Head of Facultative, Asia Pacific, leading a team of 30 specialists across the region and expanding facultative capabilities across property and specialty lines. Most recently, Luc was Regional Sales Leader for Asia Pacific, responsible for driving new business growth, leading strategic sales initiatives, and strengthening client engagement across treaty and facultative businesses.

Known for building high-performing teams and fostering long-term client relationships, Luc brings deep market expertise and a collaborative approach to helping clients navigate complex risk and reinsurance challenges.
