Pablo Munoz

Pablo Muñoz joined Gallagher Re in 2025 as Chief Executive Officer of Global Facultative Reinsurance and is a member of the Gallagher Re Global Executive Committee. He brings more than 25 years of experience in facultative reinsurance, broking and business leadership across the Latin American, U.S. and London markets.

Prior to joining Gallagher Re, Pablo spent 17 years at Aon, where he held a number of senior leadership positions, including CEO of Aon Reinsurance Solutions Latin America, Chairman of Latin America Reinsurance and Deputy CEO of Global Facultative Reinsurance. He was also a member of Aon Reinsurance's Global Executive Committee.

Earlier in his career, he held senior facultative reinsurance and property broking roles with Benfield and Willis Re in London, including global and EMEA leadership responsibilities. Throughout his career, he has specialized in developing facultative reinsurance strategies, leading high-performing teams and delivering complex risk transfer solutions for clients across global markets.
