On May 17, the EEOC published two sets of final rules applicable to employer-sponsored wellness programs – one under the ADA and the other under GINA. Our Technical Bulletin summarizes these final rules. Employers that are currently in the process of designing or modifying a wellness program will want to review these final rules early in the design process in order to ensure compliant programs.
