To assist in your planning and travel arrangements for the Common Ground event, we have provided information with the primary details below.
Our meeting will be held at 2850 Golf Road, 11th Floor Boardroom, in Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. As part of our program, we will also have a tour of this facility, Gallagher's new corporate headquarters.
O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is the nearest airport to the event. If you are coming into ORD and need a ride to the hotel, please let us know in advance. We may be able to arrange for a local pick up.
The hotel does not provide shuttle service transportation to and from the airport. For those who prefer an alternative, rental cars are available at the airport as well.
We have rooms reserved at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, 1800 E. Golf Rd., Schaumburg, IL 60173. (phone 847.605.1234) Our online registration will ask if you want two nights or just one night. $106 (plus 15% tax) / night (Gallagher rate). Upon your arrival, you will need to present your form of payment (credit card) for all room charges, based on the discounted rate. Dress is business casual for the entire event.
