The Radisson Blu Mall of America is an elegant hotel that gives you direct access to Mall of America (MOA) via skyway for the ultimate in style and convenience.

Check-In/Check Out
Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 p.m. Central Time on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 p.m. Central Time on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure. 

Extended Stay in Minneapolis
If you would like to extend your stay at Radisson Blu Mall of America by arriving early or staying on after Convocation, please contact the Gallagher planning team. 

The Gallagher Planning Team will handle extended stay reservations at the Radisson Blu Mall of America to ensure you receive the conference rate.

The Gallagher Planning Team will make reservations at the Radisson Blu Mall of America based on the arrival and departure dates provided during registration.  Please DO NOT contact the Radisson Blu Mall of America for reservations. The conference rate is only available through the Gallagher Planning Team.

Gallagher will be paying the cost for all meals and events as outlined in the schedule.

  • Diocesan/Archdiocesan attendees are our guests, and as such, your credit card will be requested for incidental charges only. 

Gallagher and Convocation partners are paying for your Diocese's hotel room and tax during Convocation (Thursday). Any personal incidentals and room service charges are at your own expense.  You will be asked for a credit card upon check-in.

If you would like to extend your stay at The Radisson Blu Mall of America by arriving early or staying after Convocation, the additional nights will be at your personal expense. The Convocation rate is $172.00 + 14.275% tax per night.

All pre-and post-event room charges/taxes incidentals are at your own expense. 

  • The Gallagher Hosts and Service Provider Partners are responsible for their own guest room, incidental and tax charges

We ask that you consider business casual for the entire event.

For Convocation 2018, you will need to make your own ground transportation arrangements to/from the Radisson Blue Mall of America to/from the Minneapolis Airport.

Here are some options:

  1. Metra Light Rail Blue Line: Walking distance from the hotel and on the airport property is the light rail - our primary means of transportation for Convocation 2018. The Metro Light Rail Blue Line is available in Terminal 1 (Lindberg Station) and will take you to the Mall of America Transit Station beside the hotel. Trains run approximately every 10 minutes

  2. Contact the Radisson Blu to arrange complimentary shuttle service (runs 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM). Complimentary service is based on availability at the time of your request. 

    If you need to be reimbursed for this expense, there will be a reimbursement form available at the Convocation registration desk.
