Process Associate - Insurance

Experience: 0-1 year     Education: Any non-technical Graduate

Service Delivery Manager- Insurance

Experience: 7 years     Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Job Description: Prior work experience in UK/US Insurance domain. Minimum six years of experience in the ITES sector. Should have been a Process Manager (or an AM - Operations) for more than one year in his/her previous role. Will serve as a member of the management of GSC & own responsibility & accountability of one or more assigned processes. Transition experience, preferable.

 

Service Delivery Manager - Accounting (F&A, R2R,P2P and O2C)

Experience: 7years    Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Key skills: Finance & Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Reconciliation

Job Description: Prior relevant experience of six to seven years in F&A process (AR, AP, GL) is mandatory. Should have overseas transition experience (preferable) and at least one or two onsite assignments. Should have been an AM - Operations for at least for one year in his/her previous role and team management experience. Working knowledge of PI tools like Lean/Six Sigma would be beneficial though not mandatory.

 

Executive – L&D

Experience: 3 years     Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Key skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, PPT presentation

Job Description: Should be strong in people interaction skills and should possess sufficient flexibility and maturity to handle pressure. Should be flexible to travel across locations for training coordination purpose. The candidate will manage the day to day running of the L&D function from training need identification, calendar planning, shortlisting of programs and vendors, implementation of calendar and maintaining report.

 

Virtual Assistant

Experience: 2-4 years     Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Key skills: Excellent communication skills, virtual assistant experience, administrative services

Job Description: Candidate would be responsible for Administrative Services, like Calendar bookings, Travel & Expense, Reports, etc,  timely and accurately generating MIS reports on a weekly/monthly basis. Should be able to prioritize items, perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency, in a timely manner, create and maintain operational documents and perform activities accordingly.

Job Description: Should have hands on experience managing a team with proven people management skill and service delivery. The candidate would be responsible for understanding operational requirements, researching best practices and ensure the team is consistently performing. Should have been a Team Manager for at least a year.

 

Reporting Analyst

Experience: 1-3 years     Education: Any Graduate

Key skills: MS Excel, Ms Access, VBA, SQL

Job Description: The candidate should be well versed with advance MS Excel/MS Access/VBA/Coding concepts and should have working knowledge of automation using MS Excel (would prefer basic SQL knowledge as well). Should be able to create excel templates for data collection and reporting. Should be able to transform the raw data to metrics using MS Excel /SQL. Automate reports using VB Macros & SQL with minimum supervision.

 

Senior Process Analyst - Voice Coach

Experience: 1-3 years     Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Job Description: This is an individual contributor role. The candidate would be working in night shifts. Should preferably have US Healthcare calling and call monitoring experience to assess call quality and provide constructive and effective feedback. The candidate will be expected to identify training need and prepare training modules to support the requirement.

 

Learning Analyst - Training

Experience: 3 years     Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Job Description: The candidate would be responsible for Conducting Pre-Process, Advance Domain and Process Trainings,
Design. Would be responsible to maintain various training manuals and work books, with particular emphasis on keeping content up to date. Will be responsible to  maintain various relevant training need reports. Should be flexible to travel across locations for training purpose. Candidate should be preferably from BPO/KPO industry.

 

Executive – Corporate Communications

Experience: 2 years     Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Key skills: Event Management, Communication- Content development, PPT Skills, Designing tools - Photoshop or  Adobe Illustrator

Job Description: The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist and manage assigned internal communication and external communication activity. The candidate will helps create, design and implement communication activities, track and analyze their performance while ensuring that the overall branding and strategic objectives are met. Candidate will support in event management activities.
