Job Description: Prior work experience in UK/US Insurance domain. Minimum six years of experience in the ITES sector. Should have been a Process Manager (or an AM - Operations) for more than one year in his/her previous role. Should have overseas transition experience and should have done at least one or two onsite assignment. Working knowledge of Process Improvement tools like Lean/Six Sigma would be beneficial though not mandatory. Should be willing to work in any shift including night shift.

 

Process Manager - Accounting

Experience: 7years    Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Key skills: Finance & Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Reconciliation

Job Description: Prior relevant experience of six to seven years in F&A process (AR, AP, GL) is mandatory. Should have overseas transition experience and at least one or two onsite assignments. Should have been an AM - Operations for at least for one year in his/her previous role and team management experience. Working knowledge of PI tools like Lean/Six Sigma would be beneficial though not mandatory.

Experience: 7 years     Education: Preferably an Engineering or Science Graduate

Job Description: At Managerial level handling team size of 25+. Should have hands on experience in advanced MS Excel, MS VB/ Macros, SQL/SSRS/SSAS. Should have sound knowledge in technology and industry wide MIS practices.

Process Manager – Process Excellence

Experience: 7 years     Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Key skills: Process Excellence

Job Description: Minimum 7 years of experience, with 5+ years of relevant experience in Process Excellence (Transformational Quality) role. The candidate should be Six Sigma Green Belt certified (mandatory) or a Black Belt trained (though not mandatory). Should be comfortable with Minitab, Advanced MS Excel tools and reporting. Should have done Black/ Green belt projects. Candidate should be from the BPO/KPO industry.

Job Description: Candidate should have experience of working on communication strategies using a variety of tools, techniques and channels with minimal supervision. Should be able to work independently on internal promotional drives, plan content and write copy for publications such as company flyers, newsletters, scripts etc. Should have strong networking skills. Knowledge of designing tools- Photoshop CS is a must.

Should be able to create excel templates for data collection and reporting. Should be able to transform the raw data to metrics using MS Excel /SQL. Automate reports using VB Macros & SQL with minimum supervision.
