As always, presentations shall not be used to showcase or promote any business, practice or product, and no speaker shall be permitted to attempt to sell products or services during his or her presentation.

He has 20 years of experience in international HR advisory and worked in over 35 countries across all industries. In 2006 Paul started the consulting firm PROcrea Consulting. He gives advice, training and coaching regarding pensions, benefits and compensation, social security and social insurance matters. Paul is associate lecturer at the Law Faculty of the KU Leuven University. He is member of several policy advisory groups. Paul publishes frequently in professional magazines and is author of many professional books. Paul worked, and spoke on conferences around the globe. He is fluent in 4 languages.
