Gallagher’s Claims Manager, in the course of a routine file review, identified subrogation potential which had not been addressed by the adjustment team. This resulted in a $210,000 subrogation recovery that directly reduced the client’s losses.
During a seemingly routine loss scenario our claims advocate recognized that our client was not liable for the claim. He successfully negotiated a decrease of $60,000 in reserves that resulted in a significant improvement to loss ratio.
Our loss prevention specialist recognized during a scheduled inspection that non-compliant combustible (plastic) rooftop grease traps were being used.
