Across the 11-state region he supervises, Norbert focuses on mergers and acquisitions, managing strategic planning, driving new revenue generation, building healthy team-based working environments and generating operational efficiencies. His management and consulting experience, gained in the evolving health and welfare and retirement fields over the past 29 years, solidifies his versatile, innovative approach to meeting both market-facing client objectives and branch-level strategic and operational needs.

Kevin creates and drives Western Region organic growth strategies, working with branches and consultants to help them connect and leverage all Gallagher capabilities for the benefit of their clients. Recognized in the industry as a keen observer of employee benefit trends, issues and emerging strategies, he is known for his ability to design, administer and implement forward-thinking total rewards and employee engagement solutions. Kevin has recently contributed to the implementation and integration of Gallagher's Workforce Evaluation tool, which provides a foundation for consultants to produce a comprehensive, integrated plan for their clients' human capital strategies and investments.
