Andrew Irving

Andy leads the practice's independent fiduciary decision-making group, which takes on fiduciary responsibility for decisions about specific plan assets and transactions, such as those involving employer stock or employer real property, when actual or perceived conflicts of interest render it legally necessary or otherwise appropriate for in-house fiduciaries to step aside. Andy and his group also advise clients on a broad range of fiduciary compliance issues, working with plan sponsors, fiduciaries, financial institutions and plan administrators.

Eric Elbell
