Maria DeBlaze

Maria provides benefits consulting and HR services to multinational companies, combining expertise in policy and procedures, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and managerial support. By properly aligning HR policies and practices, she helps clients enhance their enterprise operations, solve complex business challenges and create a competitive advantage. Terry works with clients at all levels on the management of their multinational benefits, specializing in total reward solutions. He is experienced in developing and managing multi-country and multi-discipline projects, and applies a deep knowledge of design, funding and cost efficiencies to help companies achieve global strategies aligned with their organizational structures. By taking a balanced international approach to new ventures, acquisitions or existing operations, he also supports his clients' ability to meet their goals for managing costs and attracting, motivating and retaining global employees.

Stacy Hayashi

Vice President, Research & Publications Benefits & HR Consulting

Stacy leads the Research & Publications group within the Multinational Benefits & HR Consulting Practice. Much of her work centers on guiding her team in producing Gallagher's off-the-shelf, customizable GVISOR global benefits information system. Offered as a subscription solution, GVISOR provides country manuals, compliance alerts and news articles on 76 countries. Stacy and her team work directly with companies of all sizes whose global employees number from a just few to 50,000, and focus on ensuring their clients' global benefit programs are compliant and competitive.

James Kinney

Area Senior Vice President Benefits & HR Consulting

James Kinney oversees regional efforts to develop and implement legally compliant, locally competitive and efficiently run benefit programs for clients. They include program placements for expatriates, business travel accident insurance, international travel medical insurance and local nationals. As an ERISA attorney and registered investment advisor, James lends his expertise to the design of health and welfare as well as retirement plans, and provides guidance on compliance-related issues. He also specializes in working with organizations going through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Lisa Mohr

Lisa leads a regional client team that partners with clients to ascertain organizational needs, advise on strategy, manage harmonization projects, initiate plan marketing and renewals, provide consistent and clear local information reporting, and estimate global benefit spend for financial planning. As a specialist in international HR and benefit strategies, Lisa has worked extensively with multinational corporations and start-up firms in setting up employee benefit packages throughout the world as well as managing established multinational pooling arrangements. Other areas of expertise include aligning corporate global philosophy with local customary practice, corporate governance, and expatriate benefit plans.

Albert Phelps

Al is responsible for providing advice and resources to multinationals that have employees outside the U.S. His primary focus is working with employers on global strategies to reward talent through competitive and compliant compensation and benefits. He also assists in areas such as HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and benefits administration. With more than 30 years’ experience providing consulting, international HR solutions and actuarial advice to clients, he has managed multi-country projects across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa in diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, financial services, energy and technology.

Kristin Sampson

Kristin leads Gallagher's global mobility specialty, which helps employers successfully navigate the complex challenges of relocating employees internationally. With more than 20 years of experience managing global mobility programs, Kristin works closely with her team to identify clients’ relocation goals, determine the assignment needed to achieve targeted outcomes, and ensure an optimal setup. At each process step from relocation to repatriation, they focus on ensuring that clients meet compliance requirements and realize maximum cost efficiencies, and all parties have a productive, positive experience.
