Ben Reynolds

Ben Reynolds is Global Managing Director of Talent at Gallagher's Benefits & HR Consulting division, leading the strategy, growth and performance of the Talent business across multiple markets. He works with teams around the world to help organisations attract, develop and retain the people they need to perform, while building stronger, higher-performing organisations.

Alongside his global Talent role, Ben is Managing Director of Global Communication Consulting and Managing Director of Talent UK. Across these businesses, his focus is on driving sustainable growth, developing new capabilities and bringing together expertise across people risk management and organisational transformation consulting to solve complex workforce and business challenges.

With more than two decades of experience spanning communications, talent and HR consulting, Ben has built his career at the intersection of people, creativity and business performance. He began his career in creative and brand communications after graduating from Portsmouth University with a degree in Communication Design, before moving into employee communications consulting in 2006 and latterly People and Organisational Performance in 2023.

Ben joined Gallagher in 2014 following the acquisition of the communications business that he helped build and has since played a significant role in growing and developing the firm's communication and talent consulting capabilities. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing teams, developing innovative solutions and creating businesses that deliver lasting value for clients.
