Strategic HR Consultant
Danielle Reeves serves as a Strategic Human Resources Consultant with Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Offering a plethora of experience in all areas of human resource functions, Danielle specializes in strategic and tactical approaches. Danielle has expertise in e-commerce, retail, and logistics industries. She also specializes in management development, employee relations, compliance, policy creation and improvement, HR technology assessments, project management, US employment law, benefits and wellness, and HR administration.
Prior to working with Gallagher, Danielle served as a People Programs Manager with The Overhaul Group, Inc. and brings more than 10 years of Human Resource influence. This varied background solidifies her operational approach and appreciation of the Human Resource function and presence.
Danielle earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), is certified as a SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP), and is certified with a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys country dancing at the local Austin dancehalls and fostering dogs with the Austin Animal Center in Austin, Texas.
