Genevieve Roberts

Genevieve Roberts is the Managing Director of the Leadership Advisors service line within Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. She has more than 25 years' diversified experience in leadership and organizational development consulting, with specialized experience in executive coaching, leadership training, team development, organizational assessment, and succession planning.

Genevieve partners with clients in a multitude of industries including healthcare, higher education, non-profit, public sector, and professional services among others. She develops solutions that deliver clients better performance, better engagement, better teams, and cultures. Previously, she built and led a consulting business acquired by Gallagher, having spent more than 15 years working for Fortune 500 companies.

Genevieve has an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, and a B.A. in Psychobiology with a concentration in French from Wellesley College. She is a sought-after speaker at many industry events and has bylined articles in Human Resources Today, Virginia Business magazine and other publications. She serves on the board of the Girls Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the James Madison University Parents Council.
