Gallagher’s latest research report found that employers continue to invest in HR technology, despite economic uncertainties stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. Close to three-quarters (69%) of employers that participated in the survey said they expect to expand or replace their HR technology by 2022. However, only 15% of those organizations have a comprehensive HR technology strategy that aligns with their organizational goals.
