NAFCU - Gallagher Executive Compensation and Benefits Survey Report

For more than 15 years, Gallagher has partnered with the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU) to better understand the compensation and benefits offered to credit union executives. This year's report is based on the total compensation of 1,900 executives at 550 credit unions across the country. Our survey results capture data for an organization's five highest-paid executives based on total compensation.

To help you compare the retention strength and competitiveness of your benefit offerings, we made a few improvements this year:

• The number of asset ranges increased from seven to twelve.
• The basis for determining the benefit for 457(f) and split dollars plans is included.
• The percent of pre-retirement salary used to target the benefit for 457(f) and split dollars plans is included.
