Our separate Surety team prides itself on its knowledge of the market, providing effective and innovative solutions to our clients bonding needs. Surety bonds are most common within the construction industry due to the size and duration of the contractual obligations. If the building is publicly owned, e.g. a school, hospital or bridge, then it is even more likely to require bonding due to risks of failure and costs to the taxpayer.

The team has significant experience in negotiating broad environmental insurance policies that help to fill significant gaps in Pollution Liability coverage of many existing insurance programmes and reduce our clients' exposure to uninsured losses.

We develop policies covering pollution and contaminated land liabilities (legal and contractual) for brownfield redevelopment projects, business and property transactions, operational businesses, real estate portfolios, and business-wide or project-specific contractors' operations.
