We understand that in a limited insurance market, it can be hard to choose the right broker for you, which is why we pride ourselves on the relationships we have developed with specialist insurers around the world. We are able to combine our expertise, market influence and dedicated service to deliver innovative solutions to our container owner/operator clients, including shipping lines, container lessors and NVOCs.

Our clients include some of the world’s largest container lessors for whom we have been placing insurance for over 20 years. We arrange insurance for over 12 million TEUs. That’s more than half of the global leased container fleet.

Our products include container all-risks physical loss and damage, specialised lessee default insurance for lessors encompassing recovery/repatriation costs, physical damage, lost containers and post default loss of revenue. We also provide equipment third party liability (including North American chassis liability), a damage protection and repair service plan, credit insurance for pre-default receivables, and political risks (including confiscation/ expropriation/ nationalisation/ deprivation/ embargo/ war and terrorism).

In addition, we arrange insurance for freight forwarders and logistics company liability risks, ship operator liabilities, marine war risks, piracy & terrorism, repair/ storage risks for depots and container storage facilities and cyber risk.
