His career spans the hospitality, entertainment, sports and insurance industries, providing a broad foundation of expertise and adaptability. Since joining Gallagher, Brad has collaborated with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring that talent management, employee engagement and development programs effectively support business growth and operational efficiency. He is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and implementing policies that enhance employee wellbeing, productivity and retention, contributing to the company's success.

On the personal side, Brad is married with two children and spends every spare minute in the Rocky Mountains.
