Carlee Bartholomew

Carlee Bartholomew is Gallagher's Québec regional leader. She's dedicated to understanding the broker and client community within the Group Benefits landscape and ensuring the delivery of tailored, effective solutions to meet their diverse and unique needs. With more than 16 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry, Carlee has held leadership roles, overseeing and guiding teams of skilled benefits consultants.

Carlee holds a bachelor's degree from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business and earned her Group Benefits Associate designation from Dalhousie University. She's been an active contributor to the industry since 2007, including her involvement as a member of the Benefits Canada panel, where she's shared thought leadership on workplace wellness and benefits.
