Guillaume Paradis

Guillaume Paradis brings extensive expertise in compensation, cultivated since the start of his career in 2015 at PCI Compensation Consulting, now part of Gallagher. Demonstrating exceptional versatility and a strong ability to contribute to diverse and complex projects, he advanced from analyst to senior consultant in 2024.

As a specialist in total compensation, Guillaume plays a key role in supporting the team with projects involving executive compensation, board members and employees across all levels. His expertise spans market positioning, job evaluation, compensation policy development and incentive plan design. Additionally, he's highly regarded for his proficiency in applying economic analysis to compensation strategies.
