Samuel Bergeron

A member of the Society of Actuaries, Samuel Bergeron has more than 16 years of experience in compensation, pension plan and benefits. He spent most of his career in consulting .

Before joining Gallagher, Samuel acted as retirement supervisor within Graymont's total compensation team, where he was responsible for ensuring good pension governance by participating in the administration, negotiation, compliance and education activities of 20 plans located in Canada and the United States.

Within Gallagher's Compensation team, Samuel is involved in the strategy and execution of consulting mandates related to the total compensation of executives, board members and employees, drawing on specific expertise in market positioning, the development of compensation policies as well as the design of long-term and short-term incentive plans.

Samuel joined Gallagher in 2021 as a senior analyst and was quickly promoted to consultant in 2022. After leaving Gallagher to join FLO as director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS during 2023, Samuel decided to rejoin Gallagher as a consultant and he has been a senior consultant since 2025.
