Shannon Millar
VP Strategy, People and Culture (Canada LatAm and Caribbean)
Shannon brings more than 19 years of human resources experience to her position at Gallagher in Canada. She has held roles in strategy, HR business partner and HR shared services capacities and has spent much of her career leading and transforming organizations. Shannon's experience is in the financial services and industrial industries. In her seven years with Gallagher, she has expanded her purview to include Latin America, the Caribbean and most recently integration of new merger partners in the Americas region.
Shannon holds a bachelor of communications degree from the Wilfrid Laurier University and the professional designation of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
