Tracey Medeiros

Tracey joined Gallagher in 2006 and is responsible for leading strategic initiatives focused on proprietary client solutions and trading optimization across Canadian operations, as well as regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience in insurance, starting her professional career in the industry in 1988. Tracey's many years of experience have led to building skills in different areas of the business, including marketing and underwriting. She's also held leadership roles overseeing both personal and commercial insurance, and most recently held the position of president of national client solution operations in Canada.

As a designated Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and lifelong learner, Tracey understands that the changing face of insurance requires that she continuously grow her knowledge of the industry. Prior to joining Gallagher, Tracey held leadership roles with both major insurance companies and brokerages.

She's a proud mom of an amazing daughter and has a passion for getting creative through woodworking and DIY.
