When our client, a global organization with a presence in more than 100 countries worldwide, chose to renovate its main headquarters, they knew that pitching the concept to its people would be the key to successful delivery.

With the needs of a highly-educated, discerning workforce to consider in the planning, setting the right tone was essential – and building momentum was crucial for success in this multi-phase project.
1 Challenge

Through concentrating focus on employee engagement and innovation, we took the art of the possible to the next level.

We were brought on board for Phase 1 to help the organization engage its people, taking them on an exciting journey from traditional office workspace to modern, energy-efficient campus.

In order to generate excitement and maintain interest, we developed a rich program of activity to be rolled out across a 12-month period. This included a range of innovative exhibition displays, online voting platforms and digital interactive walk-throughs designed to pique interest at key project milestones.

Project collateral was created to keep people informed, while instilling a sense of ownership by inviting them to vote on certain aspects of the renovation.
