Erik Faust

Erik serves as national president of Client Solutions for Canada, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience at Gallagher. In this role, Erik is responsible for driving operational excellence and enhancing client satisfaction from coast to coast. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of the Canadian market have been shaped by a career spanning increasingly senior positions at Gallagher across the Americas. Erik is passionate about fostering team development, improving workflow efficiencies and advancing strategic growth goals. Erik studied finance, investment and banking at the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Erik enjoys attending live sporting events and concerts, spending quality time with his wife, daughter, friends and family, as well as volunteering and coaching basketball.
