Isabelle Audet

Isabelle Audet joined Gallagher in 2025 as Vice President, Client Relationships within the Talent Solutions practice. She brings over 20 years of experience partnering with organizations on talent management initiatives, including leadership development, assessment for selection and development, executive coaching, succession planning, and career management services.

Throughout her career, she has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, both in Canada and internationally, helping align talent strategies with business objectives. Prior to joining Gallagher, Isabelle held senior client relationship roles with leading consulting firms, including Right Management and DDI Canada.

As a bilingual professional, she is recognized for her collaborative approach and her ability to build strong, trust-based relationships. She is deeply committed to delivering client-centered solutions and contributing to teams that prioritize excellence and partnership.
