Laura Hardy
National Operations Director, Canada Gallagher Benefit Services
Laura Hardy is the National Operations Director for Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Division in Canada. She leads the business and operation functions across the country. She works with local and national leaders and teams to increase productivity and quality while maintaining our unique culture. Laura began her benefits career as a co-founder of Vital Benefits located in Calgary, Alberta, which was one of the largest woman-owned and run benefits consulting firms in Canada when they merged with Gallagher in 2015.
After merging with Gallagher, Laura lead the operations and integration of several mergers in Western Canada and in 2018 began her role on the national leadership team. Laura has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, operational efficiencies, and process improvement and integration.
