As Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Bill has been fundamental to building Gallagher’s presence in Canada, by promoting the firm within the industry and introducing it to potential merger candidates throughout the country. In 2015 Bill was added to the board of directors of Gallagher CGM, the largest insurance broker in the Caribbean. With over 40 years’ of experience within the insurance industry, he has consistently demonstrated his skills in developing leadership within sales and operations teams; managing change; improving quality; controlling expenses and increasing organizational leadership.
Bill has experience managing small, mid-size and large agencies and prior to joining Gallagher was CEO of Hub International Midwest. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Loras College in Dubuque.
