What does a ASRF insurance program cover?

Our team has collaborated with ASRF to develop a bespoke national insurance and risk mitigation program. Designed to identify and address the specific risks associated with car clubs, the Australian Street Rod Federation National Insurance Program encompasses both Voluntary Workers Personal Accident Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. The below activities are all covered when they meet ASRF rules and regulations, as well as being sanctioned.

Covered activities

Administration, organisation, advertising and promotion of street rodding, Show'n'Shine, swap meets, car runs, fundraising and promotional events including licenced activities, food and drink sales
Go 2 whoa events
Vehicle safety and compliance inspections including vehicle modification engineering, construction advice and certification services
Corporate events, conferences, seminars and committee meetings
Sale of merchandise

Personal Accident Insurance

Personal Accident insurance covers all ASRF and affiliated body volunteers for medical costs associated with accidental injuries that occur during ASRF sanctioned events and activities.

Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity

Public Liability protects ASRF, as well as all affiliated bodies and its insured individuals against legal and associated costs that may arise due to an allegation of negligence. Professional Indemnity is a sub-section of the Public Liability policy. Professional Indemnity covers ASRF and its nominated individuals against legal and associated costs that may arise in the case of an accusation of negligent acts, errors or omissions.
