Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the acquisition of Brisbane-based International Insurance Brokers (IIB). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
International Insurance Brokers is a general insurance broker that specialises in property risk for Not-for-Profits and Aboriginal Land Councils. Justin McPherson, Vince Mason and their associates will join Gallagher's brokerage operations in Brisbane, growing the team working with Paul Harvey, Managing Director — Corporate and Specialisms.

The acquisition is effective from 30 March 2026 and for clients it remains business as usual with all teams and service commitments continuing under the Gallagher brand.
