Nicole Watson

With almost 20 years of total rewards experience in both the corporate and consulting industries, Nicole is a seasoned partner to the senior management of organizations across a wide range of industries, in addition to acting as a trusted advisor to boards of directors. Nicole is an expert in the design, development and implementation of market competitive, internally equitable and legislatively compliant compensation programs that align with organizational strategy and enhance the attraction, retention and engagement of top talent.

Nicole has extensive experience partnering with and advising clients, including senior management and boards, and she has led the development and implementation of diverse compensation management systems across a wide range of industries. Nicole's key areas of expertise include compensation strategy development, job analysis and job evaluation plans and tools, market pricing analysis, custom survey development and execution, compensation/pay structure design, compensation administration policy development, and executive compensation and board advisory services.

Nicole holds a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from McMaster University and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Humber College. She holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation and is a member of the World at Work Association and GTA Rewards Association.
