Tom Sinclair

Tom Sinclair is an Executive Search team member with Gallagher, based in Toronto. As a Senior Client Partner, Tom brings over 30 years of executive search experience. In addition, he has held senior roles in corporate restructuring, human resources, finance and operations. Tom is a generalist recruiter, having assisted organizations across many industries recruiting for a wide range of key roles in senior and executive management. He is a trusted advisor to boards and senior management and is recognized for excellence in client representation and candidate care.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Tom spent 10 years with the Four Corners Group, an executive search firm, and also was a founding partner of a boutique executive search firm. His formative years were with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in several different professional practices, including executive search. Tom's educational background includes CPA, CA and CMC designations, a Bachelor of Commerce degree and completion of the Governance Essentials program through the Institute of Corporate Directors.
