With a special interest in people risk, workforce trends, talent, skills and leadership, Luca is passionate about dissecting the topics that energise employee engagement. Part of Gallagher's Global Content team, he collaborates on many different content projects across our divisions. A trained journalist, Luca previously worked as a writer and editor in the recruitment and talent consulting sector for almost 20 years.
