Alex Spivey

Alex Spivey is Vice President, People & Culture for Gallagher's UK Benefits & HR Consulting division (GBS). Alex is responsible for all aspects of HR, people engagement, development and culture. She also holds responsibility for enhancing the overall people experience, developing the people strategy in conjunction with the wider business.

Alex joined Gallagher in June 2013 and has worked across several roles in the business including Divisional Human Resource Manager, Divisional Human Resources Director, and HR Director, GBS Shared Services and US Health & Benefits Practice. Most recently, Alex was Global HR Leader for the GBS Financial & Corporate Functions.

Alex has a bachelor's degree in English from Illinois State University.
