Gemma Miles

Gemma has over 19 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry with a specialism in (U)HNWI over the last 17 years. During this time, her attention for detail has led to her holding senior roles at some of the world’s largest brokers, predominantly focusing on client experience and relationship management. As a result, Gemma has won and managed many VIP accounts, helping clients with some of the most complicated requirements across Europe.

Gemma prides herself on providing a first class service, with excellent advice and tailoring an insurance policy to her clients’ needs. Gemma is based in Ipswich but with easy access to services into London, is often in the city to provide a more bespoke approach for clients and introducers alike. Outside of insurance, Gemma is a proud mother to a 2 year old little girl which doesn’t provide a huge amount of free time but when possible, Gemma enjoys cooking and DIY projects at home.
