Starting from 30 March 2026, our operations will continue under the Gallagher brand and entity. We want to reassure you that our commitment to working with you and your business remains unchanged, and you can expect a seamless continuation of service. Your dedicated broker team will continue to deliver the same high level of service for all your insurance and/or risk protection needs while maintaining your existing policies and cover.
This transition will not affect your financial or premium funding arrangements. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you need any documentation or information regarding your current or previous policies or cover.

Gallagher has a Terms of Business Agreement (Terms), which sets out the basis on which we will provide our services to you. Importantly, the Terms contain certain provisions which you should be aware of, such as our limitation on liability (which includes a $20 million cap), and our ability to disclose personal information and confidential information to third parties (including our related companies, insurers and mutuals).
