Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the acquisition of Melbourne, Victoria-based Intelligent Communications Experiences (ICE), a consultancy helping organisations improve employee experience, strengthen workforce communications and successfully navigate digital transformation.
ICE has built its reputation helping organisations connect technology, communications and employee experience to drive stronger business outcomes. As part of Gallagher, the team's specialist expertise strengthens Gallagher's capabilities across employee communications, digital workplace transformation, technology adoption and organisational change.
The ICE team, led by Chris Cansfield, Steve Mann, Glyn Wallens and Kevin McDougall, will operate under the direction of Graham Campbell, head of Gallagher's employee benefits and HR consulting operations in Australia and New Zealand.
