Convocation 2026: April 13-15, Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables, Florida

Since 2002, Gallagher has been a convener of collaboration among dioceses, archdiocese and specialized service providers throughout the world. Our focus is on risk and ways to embrace it in and live out the call to serve in today's world.

Thanks to the generosity of our diocesan specialist funding partners and our proven success with this bi-annual event going back more than 20 years, we are excited to announce Convocation '26 at the historic Biltmore just minutes from the Miami Airport. We include some history of this event as well as presentations on this website as well.

We anticipate this 2026 three-day event (April 13-15) will offer fully funded scholarships for all diocesan leaders attending. You'll work with our team to arrange flights, and we anticipate you'll stay Monday, Tuesday nights. We recommend arriving Monday mid-afternoon and departing Wednesday after 2 pm ET.

Temporal administration issues remain our focus. We recently completed a survey to help guide our workshops around trends, challenges and looking forward in the areas of risk: human resources, property and casualty, benefits, pensions, investments and best practices risk management.

We're planning several plenary sessions as well, with five time slots for workshops, with four sessions in each timeslot (some recurring). We invite CAO/COOs, CFOs, CHROs, risk managers and general counsels to consider this invitation and reach out with interest.
