2025 IBIS Academy took place May 19-23 in Málaga, Spain. As the premier event for multinational benefits, HR and mobility professionals, this year’s event offered an opportunity for delegates to learn from industry leaders while fostering a global community of excellence and knowledge.

Coming off a successful return to in-person IBIS Academy last year in Geneva, IBIS Academy 2024 brought together thought leaders and industry experts to have thought-provoking, cutting-edge and interactive discussions and programming, on the stunning Adriatic Sea in Dubrovnik, Croatia!

1-5 May 2023 — IBIS 2023

Gallagher brought together thought leaders from all over the world for IBIS Academy 2023 in Geneva, Switzerland, the first time IBIS has been in person since 2019. The theme of the conference was "Connect. Empower. Advance." Attendees were able to participate in numerous educational sessions and networking opportunities with global benefits, global mobility and HR professionals in the Global Benefits sector.
