Amanda Credi

Amanda Credi serves as director of Customer Success for Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. As a key leader on the Customer Success team, Amanda is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional client experiences. She partners with clients to understand their unique needs and collaborates with Gallagher's consulting teams and internal resources to develop tailored support models and bespoke solutions across the HR, payroll, recruiting, and training spectrum. Amanda serves as both an initial point of contact and a passionate advocate for her clients, providing personalized attention, thoughtful support and strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Amanda supports clients across a wide variety of industries, including large regional hospital systems, municipalities, local and regional non-profit organizations, consumer goods retailers and manufacturers and more.

Before joining Gallagher, Amanda held a similar role at OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm that Gallagher acquired in 2024.

Amanda's professional background also includes experience in nonprofit social services and the arts, where she honed her skills in relationship management and strategic planning.

Amanda earned an MBA in marketing from Quinnipiac University and a BA in music with minors in philosophy and Jewish studies from the University of Delaware. Outside of her role at Gallagher, she can sometimes be found singing the national anthem at professional sporting events or spending time with her family and their Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Lord Stanley.
