Ashley McGuire

Ashley McGuire is a principal consultant with Gallagher's Executive Compensation team. In her role, Ashley advises organizations on compensation, total rewards, workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness. She works with clients to align rewards programs with business objectives while navigating complex talent and compensation challenges.

Ashley has more than 10 years of consulting and in-house leadership experience across a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, healthcare and manufacturing. She has advised organizations on compensation and total rewards strategy, incentive plan design and workforce effectiveness initiatives. In addition, she has led total rewards functions during periods of significant organizational growth and transformation, helping companies develop and implement programs that support evolving business needs.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Ashley worked for a global consulting firm specializing in consultative data solutions for institutional investors and public funds. She also led the total rewards function for a luxury retailer during its e-commerce spin-off, supporting the organization through a period of rapid growth and change.

Ashley holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations. She earned a master's degree in organizational leadership and development from Maryville University and bachelor's degrees in psychology and Spanish from Saint Louis University.
