Ben Quint

Ben Quint is a manager with Gallagher's Executive Compensation team. In that role, he supports compensation committees and management teams across a variety of executive compensation and governance-related issues. Ben provides data-backed advice to public, private and nonprofit companies on pay benchmarking, non-employee director compensation, peer group development, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, 280G and Shareholder Value Transfer (SVT). His projects span a variety of industries, including multiple segments of the energy sector, technology, construction and engineering, transportation, real estate, banking, manufacturing and more.

Before joining Gallagher, Ben served as a consultant for Zayla Partners, a national consulting firm. Prior to that role, he advised public organizations as a consultant with a large executive compensation consulting firm.

Ben holds an MBA and BA from the University of Tulsa.
