Brian Smith serves as a senior regional vice president with Gallagher's Talent Consulting business. Brian helps organizations navigate, develop and implement human capital strategy and organizational change. Brian combines his deep knowledge of total rewards with his passion for building strong relationships to help clients align their strategic HR initiatives with business priorities.

With more than 13 years of human capital consulting experience, Brian offers deep technical expertise in compensation, HR technology, leadership development, talent acquisition strategy, workforce transformation and outplacement/severance services.

Brian holds a BA from Indiana University. He's deeply involved in multiple charities, including Purple Pansies End Pancreatic Cancer and Charlie's Army, an advocacy group for infants and young children. He has served an active role as a committee member with the Atlanta Area Compensation Association.
